Goal: Reduce overall waste per shoe
The project was centered around a shoe that we reduced from 31 to 11 components as a case study on how to remove anything unnecessary by thinking differently. Since then, it has become a standard practice in our product development process.
Every shoe released since the Stavern launch in 2019 has undergone a significant component reduction process.
