Return Policy

What is your return policy?

For a return to be accepted, it must be sent back within 30 days and received by us in an unchanged condition. Once the return is processed and accepted, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and may return the item to you (and request you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected upon return. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as you received them.

Items bought at a retailer must be returned to the same retailer where the product was purchased.

Items bought on our website cannot be returned to any retailer.

Please note that Kastel Shoes is not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address, including items intended for other companies. Customers must ensure they follow our return policy and use the correct return address.

Please use the return slip provided by Kastel Shoes. If you choose to use your return slip, we will not be able to cover that cost.

Norway: Free delivery on orders over 1000 nok, returns 79 kr, local customs and taxes are included.
