We are proud to introduce Tiril Eckhoff as Kastel's new ambassador! Tiril is known for her impressive career in biathlon, but now she steps into a new role where her passion for Norwegian design and quality truly shines. Let’s take a closer look at who Tiril is, her favorites, and what she looks forward to in her collaboration with Kastel.

The Color Yellow, Sun, and Summer: Tiril’s Favorites

Tiril has a bright and lively personality that is reflected in her choice of favorite color – yellow! This color symbolizes energy, joy, and optimism, which perfectly matches her vibrant demeanor. When it comes to seasons, spring is her clear favorite. After a long winter on skis, there’s something special about spring – it brings new life and hope, just like the sunny days she loves.

And when it comes to sun, it’s no surprise that her favorite weather is sun, and admits summer is also one of her favorite seasons. Tiril loves the long, warm days of summer.

Exciting Projects and Norwegian Culture

What Tiril looks forward to most about working with Kastel is the opportunity to be part of a Norwegian brand with deep roots in Norwegian culture. She’s excited to be involved in exciting projects and help bring forward the full story behind Kastel, a brand that combines modern design with the unique quality of sustainable materials.

Weather Is No Obstacle

Weather has always been a big part of Tiril’s life, whether it’s been during ski training, competitions, or family outings. She’s learned that you must always get outside, no matter the weather. Interestingly, when she looks back on her childhood, she only remembers the good weather days – with one exception. Once at the cabin in Sandefjord, when the weather was really bad, she and her friend Helene Olafsen put on rain boots and stomped on snails. Even gray days can have their bright moments!

Favorite Shoe: Voss

When it comes to Kastel’s collection, there’s no doubt that Tiril’s favorite shoe is Voss. This shoe combines style, comfort, and functionality – perfect for an active everyday life, whether it’s sunny or rainy. It’s a shoe that represents the best of Kastel, just like Tiril herself.

Natural and Authentic

Finally, something that truly characterizes Tiril is her authenticity. She is least herself when forced to follow a script.
