PLACING ORDERS FOR GOODS
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

To complete an Order, You may be required to provide information such as Your name, email, phone number, payment details, billing address, and shipping address. By providing this information, You grant Us the right to share it with third parties for payment processing and order fulfillment.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to all of the U.S. For U.S. Shipping cost is $9.99 for all orders under $150.00 USD.All orders are processed within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
• Goods availability

• Errors in product descriptions or pricing

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy for Goods purchased through the Service. Returns are subject to a fee, deducted from Your refund. Exchanges for size or color variants of the same product are free.

To qualify for a return or exchange, Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and instructions.

The following Goods are not eligible for returns:
1. Customized or personalized items

2. Goods unsealed after delivery due to hygiene or health concerns
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned Goods.

USER ACCOUNTS
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

UNITED STATES LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

SEVERABILITY

WAIVER
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
